Ratio reminder that Squirrels require 1 to 4 ratio so we need to know if we need additional adults that your group can not provide.

Children should bring their own packed lunch to the event.

We hope to get prices for the farm soon – this will indicate how much we need to charge for the event or if we go ahead with the farm for this event.

Rough Plan for activities:

• Base 1: Archery (slingshot arrows) / Axe Throwing / Connect 4
• Base 2: Tag Rugby
• Base 3: Calmer activities – Crafts
• Base 4: Sports day
• Walk around the park
