When you go out and about or meet outside your normal meeting place, you must have your GLV approve your visit and let the DLV know where you are, when you’ll be there and how many young people are there.
If you are going outside the district or doing an activity the requires a permit, you must let the DLV know all of the above but also provide a risk assessment and a full route plan.
